Why Most Guys Stay Small: It’s Not the Gym — It’s the Math

You’re training hard. You’re sore every week. But you’re still small. Why?

Simple: your numbers suck. Most guys think effort equals results. But if you’re not hitting the right calories, protein, volume, and sleep, you’re just moving, not growing.

Mass Math That Matters:

  • Calories: If you're not eating in a surplus, your body isn’t building — it’s maintaining or breaking down. You need to track.

  • Protein: 0.8–1g per pound of bodyweight daily. No exceptions.

  • Training Volume: More isn’t better — strategic volume is. Hit each muscle group 2x/week with 10–20 hard sets.

  • Sleep: If you're getting less than 7 hours, stop complaining. You're sabotaging your recovery.

Bottom Line:

You don’t need more motivation — you need math.Track. Adjust. Grow. That's how big happens.
